Bible not installing in propresenter

each update I hope for a fix, but so far no avail (that includes v7.13). It happened twice this morning right before our servce started. It seems to happen most often when I am utilizing aspects of the program while others are running (e.g., creating Bible slides while running announcement layer). Our symptom is frozen displays even though the announcement layer keeps switching slides (but the actual screen displays are stuck/frozen).
